If u wanna no how to get Arceus first u MUST have the National Dex. Second u must have the Azure flute with u. Third when u have those two things go to the Spear Piller where u fought Dialga or Palkia and go where the flute picture is and it will say the Azure flute is glowing! play it? say yes and a long stair case will show up.. but before u fight arceus save the game because at a certain spot u wont be able to... u will get pulled towards arceus! i would use a master ball but thats just my opinion. i would weaken to probrably. any way hope this helps u guys! Very Happy
